The marketing of the property was excellent as it included a virtual tour that you could use to literally walk around the house. This was very helpful after my offer was accepted as it allowed me to plan where my furniture would fit etc. without having to make multiple visits to the house. Prior to offer acceptance viewing requests were dealt with very efficiently and I was able to view at times that were convenient to me. Once the sale had been agreed the sales progression service was excellent. I was kept fully informed of progress throughout and all of the hassle that I would have had to deal with e.g. chasing solicitors, was done by a sales progressor.
